Thomas English Retail Real Estate (TERRE), a retail real estate development company is looking for a smart, passionate, computerâ??savvy Marketing Manager to join our Indianapolis team. This position is responsible for marketing and administrative support for TERRE development associates and administrative staff.
The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, have a good eye for design and be proficient with computers and internet research. This position is perfect for a talented high achiever who is excited by multiâ??tasking and getting to work on a wide variety of projects.
•Marketing •Design marketing materials such as email broadcasts, property flyers, offering memorandums, pitch books and other various digital and print collateral •Utilize Adobe Photoshop for aerial maps •Using templates to create marketing flyers for new listings and update flyers as needed. •Serve as point person for property sign orders, removal requests and updates. •Manage web site updates, including property listings, team member bios, etc. •Gather GIS information including traffic counts, store locations, competitor locations and demographic data •Create and Manage Social Media campaign •Oversee all aspects of email marketing. Use templates to write, create and distribute email broadcasts and invitations; upload new lists, update existing lists, and producing monthly email marketing reports •Manage all marketing and sales lists and develop targeted lists as needed. •Manage event planning, logistics for annual conventions and trade shows. •Write bios, press releases, and other marketing copy as needed. •Coordinate the production and purchase of promotional items, as needed. •Proofread and copy edit a wide range of marketing materials on a regular basis for clarity, style, tone, spelling, grammar, and consistency.
• Administration •Assist and support assigned associates in an administrative capacity. •Assist executives in booking travel arrangements. •Prepare drive books for client/tenant tours. •Serve as backup relief for other administrative staff and property management
• Research •Assist with research relative to effectively marketing properties, public relations, direct sales proposals and competition studies for properties and retailers. •Prepare demographic reports
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
• Ability to work late or on weekends may be required Job Requirements
Experience • 2â??5 years Marketing or Real Estate Experience • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign and Microsoft Office applications. • Experience with email marketing software, especially Constant Contact • Web savvy, skilled in internet researcher • Experienced writer and editor with sound knowledge of grammar and spelling • Excellent organizational/time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent oral and written business communication skills • Selfâ??motivated, positive attitude, can complete challenging projects within set parameters • Proven ability to multiâ??task; strong attention to detail and quality • Can solve problems, think strategically and creatively • Willingness to work outside of the main job description when necessary
Desired but not required •Experience with Regis or other mapping system •Experience in video marketing or a desire to learn video marketing •Previous experience with Investment Sales company •Previous real estate experience or interest in retail real estate •Experience in a sales and marketing environment and meeting the support needs of associates
