Our full time marketing rotation program is a development and training model for the next generation of business leaders. In our rotation program you will be developed through in-role immersions, formal training, inspiration, and manager coaching. Assignments can include established brands, innovation/new products, and customer/channel. The core competencies and areas of focus will revolve around the three key pillars of our Marketing Development Framework:
Be the hub of the wheel and lead a team of cross-functional rock stars in the development and execution of marketing strategies — including product development, packaging, trade and pricing, and business operations.
Get to know your consumer, and engage with them through modern marketing strategies. Build and execute innovative marketing plans by creating high-impact promotions and advertising.
Identify new, innovative ideas to drive brand growth. Develop new product ideas and strategies. Develop and execute general management plans which include input into volume, profit and share objectives.
– 1- 3 years post-graduate work experience, Consumer Goods (CPG) preferred
– Preferred pre-graduate work experience includes CPG, Consulting, Finance and Sales
– Demonstrated leadership with strategic focus and bias for action
– Strategic reasoning and critical thinking – analyze wide range of inputs, identify opportunities and develops strategy
– Ability to work collaboratively, inspire cross-functional teams and lead through ambiguity
