Navos seeks a mission oriented, donor-centric Development and Marketing Coordinator to support a broad range of advancement activities for the development office, including special event support, in kind drive coordination, volunteer management, grant management, and correspondence. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and models excellent internal and external customer service.
Director of Development & Marketing
Lead the development of the internal newsletter, maintain internal email list.
Support organization’s social media presence.
Lead Seahawk ticket resale program.
Lead the in-kind giving program, including special holiday appeals.
Lead workplace giving campaigns, and application process.
Recruit and lead volunteers including group events (i.e. UWKC Day of Caring).
Support special events planning and execution.
Coordinate annual holiday dinner for clients.
Manage marketing material record keeping.
Manage grant records and support timely submission of proposals.
Support mass donor communication through Constant Contact
Support donor database work in Raiser’s Edge, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation with accounting.
Manage and provide information and documentation for tax purposes as requested by donors and ensure all donor acknowledgments comply with tax regulations.
Generate correspondence, acknowledgement letters and other materials as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum two years development experience.
Special event planning experience.
Expertise using Constant Contact, Microsoft Office Suite, experience using Raiser’s Edge, desirable.
