This position provides overall administrative support to the assistant and associate directors for the direct marketing function of the Rice Annual Fund (RAF) by: - coordinating schedules and calendars; - attending to phone and email correspondence; - completing gift memos for donations taken by phone; - coordinating alumni records updates; - routing direct marketing team invoices and preparing expense reports; - providing marketing coordination support and execution of marketing duties, including: implementing basic copy/design edits to existing marketing collateral (print/email); - assisting with bulk mail production; - preparing merged emails; - managing RAF social media accounts; - producing and distributing direct marketing data reports; - testing and distributing emails to a variety of alumni, parent, volunteer and donor segments; - monitoring success rates of e-marketing pieces.
