This recently listed client has experienced exceptional momentum and consequent market support post its ASX debut. Consisting of a highly respected Advisory and Equities business and a growing Asset Management platform they are enviably placed to take advantage of growth opportunities into 2018 and beyond.
As part of its natural evolution they seek to appoint a Head of Marketing and Brand. With a dual reporting line into the CEO and Head of Asset Management you will be responsible for setting and executing the "whole of house" brand marketing and customer communications strategy. The role will stretch both your high level strategic planning capability as well as your pragmatic execution skills across areas such as digital marketing, event and sponsorship management.
Candidates will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience, ideally gained in a Blue Chip / Best of Brand financial services environment. Exposure to the Asset / Wealth management sectors would be highly relevant. You are likely to be an existing 'Head of' looking for a fresh challenge or No. 2 ready to step up and make their mark. We require this person to have the confidence and presence to be able to make an impact at a C-Suite level whilst also having a pragmatic hands on approach to ensure successful execution of initiatives agreed upon.
