The American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS), an international medical association serving radiologists, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will support the promotion of educational initiatives.
With an emphasis on meetings and online course marketing, this position provides the opportunity to work hands-on with broadcast email, print production, web updates, advertising, and tradeshows. Core responsibilities include coordinating:
Annual Meeting and Symposia marketing, from print collateral to email
Online Course and book sales
ARRS Annual Meeting booth, including booth design and onsite sales
House advertising, both digital and print
Candidates for this position require the following.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or related field
2 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an association setting
Excellent proof reading and copy writing skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
The following experience would be beneficial for this position.
Broadcast email software experience
IMIS or other association database experience
Familiarity with print mail production
Experience acting as liaison to vendors and/or interdepartmental staff
