The role requires a collaborative self-starter with initiative and decisiveness, experience with strategic thinking and planning, familiarity with principles of integrated marketing and communications are essential, exceptional oral and written communications skills; impeccable editorial and proofreading skills. Also experience with developing and implementing a broad social media strategy; facilitating a Content Management System required; experience managing a website redesign a plus; media relations experience, including having previously developed press campaigns and press releases, and managed media relationships. Ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of relevant experience in marketing or communications; experience within an educational institution, preferred.
BA/BS and 4+ years in communications required.
