The Marketing Services Manager will grow TDA through effective marketing and communication. This position functions as an internal service provider by collaborating with TDA, the Smiles Foundation, and DENPAC staff to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for programs, services, and fundraising.
The Marketing Services Manager will work with internal team members to establish overall marketing strategy for each program or service, create goals and objectives for each promotional campaign, coordinate project milestones and production schedules, write copy, design collateral materials and graphic elements, and track metrics.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Become an expert on communicating and marketing the value and benefits of TDA, the Smiles Foundation, and DENPAC memberships, programs, and services.
Collaborate with internal team members to listen to their needs and goals as well as share ideas.

Work with department team to ensure that all print and digital assets promote the Association’s brand and reflect the appropriate voice.
Create marketing plans, campaigns, supporting content, and collateral materials across print and digital mediums to activate and engage Texas dentists in the Association, Smiles Foundation, and DENPAC.
Manage project milestones, production schedules, and vendors.
Measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns by tracking appropriate metrics as established in consultation with the internal team member(s). Report metrics to department director and internal team/participating departments by specified deadlines following campaigns.
Assist with the development of marketing budgets.
Adhere to internal authorization protocol throughout each step of a project or campaign (client expectations, design, production, vendor selection, budget guidelines, etc.)

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred (four year college or university)
Experience: Three to seven years of related experience.
Excellent Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite experience.
