Automotive aftermarket parts sales and marketing experience
Knowledgeable about automotive performance
5+ years in sales and marketing
Strong track record of being a sales closer
Drive sales through direct-to-consumer ecommerce, dealer, and distributor sales channels
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Solid understanding of branding and product positioning
Ability to effectively communicate technically-complex products
Questions assumptions, loves using data to inform decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willing to travel
Open to input, humble about his/her ideas
Good to Have
Experience in a high-growth company
Experience working with performance shops as customers/dealers
Racing or track experience
Knows where the nearest E85 station is
