The Associate Director leads all efforts to design, drive, and implement enrollment management strategy and marketing for the Executive Leadership Center (ELC). Reporting directly to the Associate Dean for Executive Education, the Associate Director is charged with building, maintaining, and populating a robust portfolio of open enrollment (OE) programs and certificates aimed at global business executives, including launch, execution, enrollment, and ongoing management. In addition, s/he works closely with the Business Development Executive, the Assistant Director of Marketing, and the Associate Dean to increase alumni and organization awareness, interest, and prospects for all ELC programs, including custom and online. S/he collaborates with Questrom Marketing & Communications (MarCom) on marketing strategy and implementation with a key emphasis on lead generation. The Associate Director serves on the Associate Dean's leadership team and has significant responsibilities and autonomy working in a team-based, results-driven environment.

BA/BS required in an relevant field with five years experience in higher education or professional development programs. Experience with executive education and/or masters degree is a plus. Experience working with advertising agencies very helpful. Desirable experience includes: Understanding of audiences, competition, and differentiation. Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive enrollment plans. Successful track record meeting income and revenue targets. Agility with data and results-driven endeavors. Launching and managing products/programs. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce), email automation software, SEO/SEM, and social media. Distilling theoretical or academic information into consumer-friendly marketing. Experience collaborating with marketing teams and agencies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. Comfort level interacting with and presenting to senior management, faculty, and external stakeholders. Highly organized self-starter who takes ownership and requires little guidance. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive can-do attitude, flexibility, initiative, and ability to thrive as member of team. Willingness to accept constructive criticism and direction. Strong interest and passion for higher education. Comfort stretching roles and responsibilities to accomplish agreed-upon goals and objectives.
