Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing

Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing for the recently renovated Best Western PLUS Hotel & Suites in Rockville, Maryland (BestWesternRockville.com), currently rated #5 Best Value Hotel in Rockville on TripAdvisor.

You are a good candidate for this position if you have a minimum of 3 years hotel sales experience, an outstanding networking personality, strong communication skills, and ideas for creative marketing strategies.

You are an excellent candidate if you are an organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic hotel sales professional with a demonstrated knowledge of yield management and revenue maximization. 

You are a superior candidate if you are web-savvy and have experience in managing brand and/or proprietary websites, as well as executing successful email campaigns to distinct market segments. 

You are an ideal candidate if, in addition to the above attributes, you have an in-depth understanding of the Montgomery County hotel market with well-established relationships with clients, including OTA Market Managers. 

A strong commitment to personal sales and e-commerce is critical.  Experience with hotel sales software (Hotel SalesPro, Delphi, STS) and Landing Page technology is desired.
