We are seeking a forward-thinking, self-starter, and results-oriented individual to join our Marketing/Communications, Certification & Engagement Division.
Essential functions of the Executive Assistant position for the Marketing/Communications, Certification & Engagement Division:
Provide proactive executive level support to CMO and division Directors to assure the executives’ time is maximized and that day-to-day division operations run efficiently;
Independently manage and complete position-assigned projects, research, programs, efforts and initiatives;
Maintain calendars, plan and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel;
Assist with divisional meeting preparation, agenda development, minutes and assure action item follow up; and
Prepare internal and external organizational documents (original document creation, update existing documents, transcribe, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy, proofread, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have:
Associates Degree or equivalent required in related field; and,
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a high-level administrative support position and functioning within a non-profit organization or association (preferred) dealing with C-Level executives;
Advanced skills to self-organize, keep timelines and multi-tasking;
Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; and
Advanced interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in our headquarter office located in Rockville, Maryland, must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Inteleos will not sponsor applicants for work-authorized status now or in the future) and pass an extensive background screening (criminal, education, and skills-assessment).
