We're looking for a customer-centric, highly-organized marketing professional to lead our property marketing team. You'll serve as a single point of contact for sales professionals and manage a design team to ensure projects deliver on time and as expected. You'll use your creative eye and digital-first knowledge to constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of your team's work.
Build meaningful relationships with our sales teams, learn their property marketing process and preferences, and be seen as their partner in marketing their listings
Work with these individual sales teams to determine the correct marketing strategy for their listing and connect them with the appropriate property marketing strategy and resource model
Manage the creation of collateral to market our commercial real estate listings: including email flyers, print brochures, signage, offering memorandums, and more.
Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the design team – maintain schedule of active projects using Function Fox, assign projects based on availability, communicate what is needed for each project with designers, check drafts
Organize all native files and project info on Box, ensuring the folders use appropriate naming conventions and stay clean
Manage outsourced property photography and graphics support (maps, site plans, stack plans)
Ensure CBRE brand and legal requirements are met
Ensure deadlines and expectations are met
Coordinate with local business development and national property marketing teams to share knowledge about our current listings, commonly used assets like maps and photos, and best practices for managing your team and marketing our listings
Perform other duties as assigned
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area
Effectively makes recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination to next level management for review and approval
Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime
Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff
Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies
Leads by example and model's behaviors that are consistent with the company's values
Minimum of 3-5 years of account management or related marketing experience, either working in commercial real estate, a professional services firm, or marketing agency
Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including working knowledge of InDesign
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced in managing email marketing, including scheduling, list segmentation, A/B testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadline
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action
Can-do attitude, flexible, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere
