The Marketing Communications Manager will advance the mission and goals of the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UT Dallas through marketing and communications programs. Key duties include: Brand strategy and management; Demand generation for programs, through targeted marketing campaigns and content; Design and development of paid, earned and owned media, including print (e.g., brochures, fact sheets and posters) and digital (e.g., websites, invitations and newsletter) collateral; Public relations; Advertising and sponsorships; and, all other forms of promotion.
Bachelor’s degree; five years experience in marketing communications and advertising; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Education: - Master’s degree in related field.
Experience: - Five to seven years in marketing, including brand and promotional campaign management.
- Three years but less than five 1) communications experience, including PR, print, and social media, 2)university program management, 3)management of student workers, and 4)graphics design, including print and digital collateral.
