Customer Communications Specialist Moderate Level of Experience
Your job will be to develop and maintain marketing and customer support collateral for a B2B web-based SAS product.
Summary of responsibilities: Customer Support & Training - Work collaboratively with the Development Team & Customer Engagement. Responsible for product support documentation, onboarding & training new users, and updating current users to product changes. Responsible for customer support as needed. Customer communications may include email, video tutorials, and eventually in-platform communication. Marketing Support- Work collaboratively with Product Owner, Sales, & Customer Engagement. Responsible for digital marketing content production, production of sales collateral, trade shows, & events. Collaborate with Staff Content Writer to deliver final products. Requirements:
Experience in building relationships with customers
Demonstrated experience with platforms like Wordpress, Mailchimp, G-suites, Gmail, Google Analytics, Buffer, LinkedIn, Twitter
Exposure to Camtasia (or similar), InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Commitment to evolving and innovating team marketing strategy as new opportunities arise
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Extremely qualified candidates will have the following skills:
Experience generating KPI reporting for all active marketing channels
Experience implementing A/B testing of communication
