To serve as a collaborative partner with Senior Marketing Communications Manager assigned to Primary Care, the Medical Group, Medical Aid Units, and multi-purpose facilities to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and on budget in order to advance the mission of Christiana Care Health System.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as internal client and account support for Primary Care, the Medical Group, Medical Aid Units, and multi-purpose facilities.
Coordinates external/internal marketing efforts in conjunction with Senior Manager.
Perform social media execution as needed, guided by Senior Manager and in conjunction with Web & Creative team.
Act as a resource for writing and proofreading for a variety of media, including print, digital, radio and television.
Coordinates promotion of special events such as lectures/symposiums, community education presentations, health fairs, etc. in coordination with key stakeholders.
Create analytic reporting of activities to clients including ROI metrics.
Assist Senior Manager with projects and tasks upon request.
Additional administrative support for marketing projects as needed
Independently completes projects, drawing on resources as needed.
Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion.
Researches and completes special projects/assignments as required.
Maintains confidentiality at all times.
Exercises sound judgment in a variety of situations.
Other related duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years demonstrated experience in marketing or agency environment, required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, required.
Client management experience, preferred.
Marketing writing, including advertising, collateral, blog writing, and social media, preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software, in particular Salesforce.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, in particular Marketo or Marketing Cloud.
Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, a plus.
Experience with project management software such as Basecamp, a plus.
Familiarity with social media, including strategy, planning, and execution.
Ability to plan, organize, and handle various tasks simultaneously.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and materials with discretion.
Ability to interact effectively and maintain constructive working relationships.
