Receive and interpret briefs from clients ensuring full understanding of their upcoming merchandise requirements. Build a compelling merchandise solution, that exceeds their expectations.
Create a quotation that provides the client with the salient information – product description; product image; pricing; minimum order quantities and lead times - to help them choose the right merchandise for their event.
Develop merchandise solutions that are commercially sound, maximizing both the revenue and profit potential for each order.
Source products from vendors based both in the USA and internationally. Liaise with vendors to negotiate the best possible price and obtain accurate product information.
Process sales and purchase orders on our in-house system. Ensure that the client and manufacturers are kept updated with the status of the order until it is delivered.
Building and maintaining accurate product information on websites, through which our clients place merchandise orders.
Brief our designer on artwork requirements ensuring proofs adhere to clients’ brand guidelines.
Hours 11am – 7pm ET Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm Friday.

A commercially astute individual who thrives in an environment with stretching sales targets.
Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Naturally organized with superb attention to detail. Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Experienced at raising quotations, processing sales and purchase orders.
Flexible approach to work; ensuring the job at hand is completed on time.
Must be able to problem solve and prioritize own work.
An excellent communicator both written and verbal.
Experience of working within the promotional merchandise industry would be ideal.
Additional Salary Information: 10% bonus paid monthly upon the company achieving commercial targets.
