The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) is currently seeking a creative and self-motivated individual for the position of Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions. Key job responsibilities include marketing and promotion for a number of varsity sports, with the primary being men’s soccer and women’s basketball. This position will also serve as the liaison to the suite holders at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, coordinate all aspects of suite operations, actively market & sell the NavyFest (tailgating) Area at Navy Football as well as oversee set-up & implementation of NavyFest Area. In addition this position will administer the kid’s club for Navy Athletics. The successful candidate will have significant responsibility for the generation of revenue through marketing, promotion and corporate sales for the Navy varsity sport programs.
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree (master degree preferred) and documented marketing experience at the college or professional level is required.
