LGS Standards USA is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to execute our traditional marketing campaigns, develop and implement a digital marketing calendar, and coordinate 30+ industry trade shows per fiscal year.
As this role will include designing graphics, product brochures, fact sheets and other promotional materials, a high level of creativity, exceptional attention to detail, and well-developed project management skills are required.
Assist in the development of a rich content/editorial calendar utilizing strategies and tactics to build brand recognition, increase market share for diverse product lines, and drive cost-effective sales lead generation
Manage and execute the content/editorial calendar including all graphic design asset creation, as well as collaboration with technical experts to produce effective sales/marketing materials (e.g. product catalogs, whitepapers, product FAQ sheets, infographics, social media posts, etc.)
Analyze and provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of content/editorial calendar metrics including lead generation, individual campaign performance and engagement statistics, digital marketing engagement and conversions; include recommendations for improvement
Coordinate all aspects of trade show attendance: registration, event logistics, booth display graphics and layout, show marketing campaign creation and execution, preparing and shipping appropriate marketing materials and give-a-ways, collection and reporting on show lead data, expense tracking and reporting, adding all information to show Salesforce Campaign, etc.
Assist in the development of the annual marketing budget and effectively manage marketing activities to remain within allocated budget
Create and/or edit presentations for stakeholders as requested

Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred
Three years’ experience with proven contributions in marketing communication department and functions, including the development and effective implementation of marketing communication programs to enhance the generation of sales leads, increase sales and build brand reputation
Required software expertise:
Intermediate/advanced Adobe® Creative Suite programs with demonstrated accomplishments in print layout, graphic design and developing cross-platform marketing collateral; portfolio or work samples a bonus
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office® products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Proficiency with Pardot and/or Salesforce (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) including designing HTML emails, building landing pages, managing lead/contact lists, and utilizing available reporting tools
Working knowledge of writing/editing HTML/CSS
Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills including writing various types of content on a wide range of topics, providing feedback to other contributors, and editing other writers’ content
Adequate mathematical skills for calculating market shares, sales, margins, proper discounts, etc.
Experience analyzing data and creating relevant and informative reports
Experience managing external vendor relationships and partnering with them on creative projects
Excellent English writing and verbal skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude
Highly-developed organizational and time management skills
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, and also work well in a team environment
