We are seeking a world-class Senior Marketing Specialist that will engage our audiences and drive our internal and external marketing platform on behalf of CBRE in the Pacific Southwest Division. You will help us refine, articulate and execute on our strategy to spread our message across the region on behalf of our brokers and our brand.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and experience developing, art-directing, researching and creating evergreen content that can be utilized across our lines of business with the objective of increasing both brand-share and revenue share. You'll be part of a larger divisional team with partners from Public Relations, Research, Marketing and Graphic Design. Your content and campaigns will be seen and read across all our channels- social, mobile, web, blog, video, PR and print.
Day to Day:
Create custom content to support CBRE's marketing and communications plan
Foster a strong relationship with our local marketing and research team, brokers, managers and business leaders
Develop a strong internal brand for the Pacific Southwest region that promotes our RISE values of
Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence
Collaborate with our teams on strategies to promote our work, our people and our innovation - aimed at revenue generating ideas
Drive audience engagement and help generate content as needed for new business pursuits and targeted clients
Commit to our workflow management system and track quality work products
Bachelor's Degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in a related role
Demonstrated fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
Very strong writing and editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media, digital and mobile content platforms and management tools
High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills, as well as a good sense of design
Ability to work with tight deadlines in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
