WOWLine is one of the Promotional Product Industry’s fastest growing Supplier Companies. We are looking for a JuniorTerritory Sales Representative. No need to relocate.
Our focus on Fun, Fast, and Affordable products as well as outstanding Customer Service allows WOWLine to service our Distributor customers from coast to coast.
Key elements of this position:
Utilize strong sales skills to increase exposure of WOWLine to Distributor customers within the assigned territory
Maintain positive relationships and manage assigned accounts with existing Distributor clients including certain National Accounts within an assigned territory to achieve sales goals, to partner with them, and to provide creative solutions that lead to repeat business
Demonstrate a deep understanding of how each goes to market including company stores, co-op programs, web stores, etc. and work with them to add WOWLine products to their selling suggestions by working to position WOWLine as a sales partner
Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and trade shows to represent the company
Ensure our goods and services are meeting client needs
Present clients with new product choices and ideas as they become available
Resolve client issues as needed
Provide samples and marketing materials as needed
Support internal team with information and feedback

Requirements of this position:
1 to 3 years of Promotional Products experience preferably as a Supplier in the Promotional Products Industry
Reach and exceed sales goals and targets
Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with multiple accounts, internal and external team members, and management
Ability to provide creative solutions in a consultative way to customers
Follow up on samples, quotes, potential re-orders, leads from trade shows, lost accounts, drops in sales volume and potential new accounts
Travel on average 2 weeks each month to do sales calls and attend trade shows in the territory
Schedule 8 to 12 appointments a week when travelling in the territory
Research regional associations, trade shows, and networking opportunities for your territory
Meet with Supervisor and others to discuss goals, account progress, ideas and Distributor feedback
Work closely with Customer Service to ensure that Distributors are receiving the information that they need
Maintain all account information in the database including any notes regarding conversations
Must have strong creative, analytic, critical thinking, decision making, and presentation skills
Target internet based companies to get on their websites and in to their print catalogs
Target clients to become preferred accounts
