Requisition Number: 19A206004 Location: Lawrenceville Position Overview: Rider University invites applications for an Associate Director of Marketing. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy, this individual will implement extensive marketing plans utilizing a mix of channels and tactics primarily for two Rider University colleges, as well as other key initiatives, using analytics to measure success. The Associate Director of Marketing will work with all members of the Office of University Marketing and Communications to advance the brand, broaden awareness of the college programs, accomplishments, priorities and increase visibility across key stakeholder audiences. The successful candidate will also coordinate with a broad range of staff to create robust and relevant marketing and communications materials and programs. Position Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience working in a comprehensive marketing department or agency. Higher education experience is preferred. Individual must possess: the ability to work in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; knowledge of integrated campaigns; excellent writing and verbal skills; basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media management; and excellent project management and organizational skills.
