JOB SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator will execute on marketing, events, and internal communications programs. They will create a wide variety of templated, internal marketing materials of a highly confidential nature. This role collaborates with a variety of teams within the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and supports special events, marketing efforts and global communications programs. Creates collateral including presentations, templates, and other communications in support of leadership initiatives Organizes data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned In support of communications and marketing, performs business administrative duties including transcribing minutes of the meetings, edits documents, and reviews, requests, and schedules appointments and meetings. Other duties may be assigned ADDITIONAL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to communicate with senior management Excellent organizational and time management skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree or equivalent from university or college required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and/or training Real Estate experience/training is not required CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES None COMMUNICATION SKILLS Requires written/verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to stakeholders. Ability to effectively present information. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires some knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. REASONING ABILITY Comprehend, analyze and interpret documents. Recommend solutions to situations involving multiple options. OTHER SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES Requires knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Must have a strong command of the English language and excel in the areas of spelling, grammar and punctuation. Initiative to proactively ask questions and develop a growth-mindset. ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to handle confidential information.
