Job Description: The Manager for Marketing and Communications is part of a small team focused on the continued success and improvements of the Divisionâ™s pre-college and undergraduate programs. Reporting to the Associate Director for Marketing and Communications, the Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all creative work aligned with the strategy developed by the Associate Director for these young scholars and athletes, and their families throughout the lifecycle, which includes prospective, applicant, matriculant, registrant, attendee, and alumni. While the majority of these programs occur during the summer months, there are additional offerings in the fall, winter, and spring for which the Manager will be responsible for building and deploying appropriate design. Aligned with the implementation of strategy through web, print, and digital design, the Manager will be responsible for curating all image and video assets related to the same lifecycle. In addition, the Manager will manage all contractual agreements related to creative output, ensuring with oversight by the Associate Director, that all of these efforts remain within a determined budget. Real-time course correction and new initiatives will occur in each cycle, so this position will need to be highly responsive, navigating both long-term projects and short-term needs throughout the year in order to successfully contribute to the sustainability of these programs in an expanding market.
