Manage a variety of administrative and clerical duties such as financial reporting, supply inventory, and event planning.
Provide support to faculty, adjunct instructors and doctoral students. Tasks include but are not limited to: expense/travel reimbursements; purchasing; textbook requests; syllabi compilation; document storage; and office equipment operation.
Assist Unit Manager. Tasks include but are not limited to: Marketing Department research survey logistics; travel arrangements for faculty recruits and visiting seminar speakers; contract submission; and shared office oversight.
Network with resources/personnel within Lindner College of Business and throughout University.

Hired candidate will be trained on these University systems:

Bachelor's degree with one (1) year experience; -or - Associate's degree with three (3) years’ experience; -or - five (5) years’ experience.
Experience must be in high-level administrative support.
This is a 20-hour/week position with paid vacation/sick time benefits. Health insurance benefits are not available for this position.
This position will be a professional position paid at an hourly rate.
