The College of Law is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will work primarily on digital marketing and project management and will focus on content development, email marketing, website, social media operations and strategy, and other supporting content. This position will also develop and implement reporting/metrics and manage the daily communication and marketing operations.
Additional duties to include:
* Research & Analysis: Use analytics, benchmarking, and best practices to make and recommend changes to College of Law websites, striving for continuous improvement in design, usability, and search engine rankings.
* Marketing Plan: Create and implement marketing plans for law school constituencies including: admissions (recruitment, acceptance, and collateral materials); alumni engagement; and special initiatives.
* Brand Management: Adhere to College and University branding standards as related to web and marketing efforts.
* Project Management: Collaborate, partner, and mentor with various members of the College to concept, scope, and develop web and marketing projects.
* Financial Responsibility: May develop and manage budget for the unit, approve financial transactions, and be responsible for project budgets.
* Supervision/Leadership: Supervise student employees and direct/manage possible third-party vendors.

5+ years of current professional marketing experience.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media channels, strategies, and their audiences to develop targeted messages and build engagement.
Strong and effective oral and written communication with content providers, designer and developers, non-technical stakeholders, and end users.
Demonstrated ability to interact positively with a diverse population.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Experience writing and editing web and marketing content as well as an understanding of web, digital, and social media metrics to inform editorial and brand development.
Experience with Google Analytics and related tools.
Demonstrated skills creating and implementing professional marketing and communication plans.
Project management experience with demonstrated successful results particularly in the areas of managing timelines and working with multiple constituencies.
Familiarity with Digital strategy best practices.
Strong understanding of web design within a CMS.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
A Master's degree.
Strong understanding of higher education web and digital marketing strategy including audiences, trends, goals, tools, and techniques.
Experience with Drupal.
Experience building responsive and adaptive websites and web experience.
Experience with various digital marketing technologies and techniques (email, CRM, semantic enrichment, search optimization, , landing page design, etc.).
Copywriting and copyediting experience.
Proficiency with writing standards-based HTML and CSS markup.
Experience conducting interviews and focus groups and translating these into website goals.
Proficiency in basic HTML.
