The Manager, Partner Marketing and Business Development is responsible for managing the joint marketing programs and messaging with our Connected Enterprise Consulting Partnerships. Additionally the position is responsible for the management of our engagement with the RA CE Consulting and Global Business Development groups. For partner marketing responsibilities, the position will work closely with the Consulting Partnership Manager, and Global Marketing to ensure alignment with our business goals and capabilities. For Business Development, the position will be responsible to proactively work with the Consulting Partnership Manager in support of market segment strategies and messaging to support market initiatives and specific Client pursuits.
This role is responsible for supporting the commercial marketing activities with RA's consulting partnerships. In support of CE Consulting Partnerships, act as a central point of coordination for planning, developing and deploying commercial marketing programs. Ability to create and communicate the value of our relationship and combined offering in a differentiated fashion is a key element of the position. Key interfaces will include RA marketing functions in the BU's and GSM, as well as counterparts within the alliance partner. Activities are to be developed executed and tracked via an annual commercial plan. Coordinate marketing spend around the alliance with an emphasis on gaining at least a 1:1 ratio of spend from the alliance partner.
Proactively engage in business development strategies for market segment initiatives and Client pursuits in support of Business objectives of the Alliance. Solid understanding and ability to articulate the strengths, capabilities, domain expertise and differentiation elements of our combined go-to-market strategy is required. Work with RA BU's and GSM to understand key trends and opportunities in the target market segments. Develop strategies and implement programs to keep the RA BU's, GSM and industry analysts current on the Alliance performance and capabilities. Work closely with RA Sales enablement to ensure applicable Sales resources are well positioned to identify and qualify opportunities, and the process to engage the Consulting Partnerships.
