Bachelorâs Degree or Masterâs degree in marketing or a related field
4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
2+ years in a supervisory role
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, Web, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/8 and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Working knowledge of a CRM
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

The Digital Marketing Manager is expected to have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, channels and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This position will work with the whole marketing team, supporting teams (such as project managers, programmers and writers) and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager is required to have a firm understanding of how web, SEO/SEM, email and social media all contribute to the overall marketing growth of an organization. This person should possess the ability to communicate strategy at both the team and stakeholder levels. This strategy should be supported by developing internal metrics, KPI and other goal measurements.
