The American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will have responsibility for the development and implementation of the overall brand management and marketing initiatives of the ACP and American College of Prosthodontists Education Foundation (ACPEF). This creative opportunity will report to the Senior Manager, Communications with a Monday Friday 8:30 4:30 schedule.

In collaboration with other departments, develop a marketing plan to effectively market programs, products, services, and membership. Manage classified and online ad sales.
Direct and implement marketing plans for Annual Session and Continuing Education courses to meet or exceed attendance goals
In consultation with Senior Manager of Communications, develop and manage annual budgets for marketing activities as well as monitor and forecast revenue and expenses compared to the budget throughout the year
Export mailing address and e-mail lists from iMIS membership database for e-blasts and print collateral marketing mailings
Monitor ACP's logo policy usage to ensure brand compliance
Maintain functionality of ACP website, supervise outside vendors providing web hosting, development, and iMIS integration services
Ensure effective integration of website with iMIS database, in collaboration with the Membership Director
Maintain ACP and ACPEF website content updates and maintenance including technical issues and vendor support. Ensure Google functionality throughout the website to include maintenance, customer service issues, and quality control
Assist with work plan development, project specifications, quotes, and related tasks
Participate in identifying and developing products/services to generate revenue
Promote and manage salable products to include ensuring appropriate inventory levels, manage the design, content, and production process as well as develop and manage annual budgets
Manage and distribute Affinity Program emails to membership and assist in content development and implementation of social media strategies
Assist with execution of National Prosthodontics Awareness Week activities
Provide staff support for Board research and projects and participate in BOD conference calls and meetings as needed
Maintain and update ACP Style Guide for communications and assist in the productionoftheACP and ACPEF Annual Report
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3+ years marketing experience; nonprofit experience a plus
Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat knowledge including photo and design software
Experience with email distribution outlets and knowledgeable of website interface and app design
Ability to market concepts
Must be detail oriented and proactively respond to deadlines; strong multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills required. Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills, effective judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with staff, ACP/ACPEF Board of Directors, volunteer leaders, and vendor representatives
Some travel, evening and weekend work required
