A DAY IN THE LIFE AS UBA MARKETING COORDINATOR/GRAPHIC DESIGNER
As a Marketing Coordinator/Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for graphic design and production of the UBA Corporate and UBA Partner B2B marketing and communication materials. You will focus a great deal of attention to planning, developing, and implementing marketing and social media strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create professional level communications that engage various target markets and incite action, assisting Partners and Alliance relations teams in promoting their products and services, and work closely with the editor, and digital media in support of internal communications and Partner marketing programs. Your confidence, professionalism, and ability to communicate well with others is essential for your success. Your ability to translate strategic business objectives into a compelling story through visual communications is vital.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MARKETING COORDINATOR/GRAPHICS DESIGNER
Prefer Bachelors Degree in related area
5+ years of relevant experience.
Plans, develops, and implements marketing and social media strategies.
Ensure visual and written communications follow the standards, guidelines, and style guides.
In consultation with UBA staff, design and produce emails, brochures, logos, illustrations, infographics, charts and graphs, white papers, PowerPoint presentations, displays, signage, and other sales support and design projects.
Develops design concepts, selecting appropriate graphics, photography, typestyles, and colors.
Serves as staff photographer for events.
Create and edit videos, websites, and motion graphics.
Format communications and assets using UBA's proprietary marketing portal, HubSpot and Real Magnet digital media, and Microsoft Word templates.
Provide guidance to technology and content management staff regarding page layout, eye flow, user experience and audience engagement.
Assist staff with developing internal electronic communications.
Maintain an offline graphics database to include publications, graphics, photos, logos and creating web-friendly versions from higher resolution images.
Help develop and oversee the annual strategic communications plans for the organization.
Collaborate with UBA staff to determine communication/marketing needs and develop micro-communication/marketing campaigns and collateral as needed.
Manage the organization's website by reviewing content changes and recommending design/content revisions to improve user experience and search engine optimization.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Dreamweaver, and Premiere.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile friendly applications a plus.
Knowledge in both print and digital media.
Expert knowledge of the business side of design.
Ability to think strategically, conceptualize, and develop designs based on the competitive environment and UBA's unique positioning.
Ability to think strategically to create communications that align with the brand guidelines and unique positioning in the marketplace.
Experience working with technology, print, and other support merchants.
Proven ability to manage time and multitask to manage changing priorities.
Ability to self-motivate and work independent.
Experience working collaboratively to arrive to effective solutions.
Creative and editorial writing experience a plus.
