Process pricing requests sent to the Secondary Marketing department in adherence to pricing policy. Requests include extensions, changes in loan program, changes in rates, pricing underwriting exceptions.
Enforce Pricing and Lock Policies via working with Loan Officers, Processor, Closer.
Follow Fair Lending guidelines.
Interact with other departments when problems or discrepancies in data arise to determine needed action and if action involves interest rate lock information, make the necessary changes.
Process and distribute daily rate sheets. Import pricing into Loan Origination System.
User testing of pricing within LOS and/or QRM.
Generate reports for daily and monthly distribution to management.
Data entry and validation of trades and pools into QRM
Update loan level data with sale information in QRM and/or LOS
Create efficiency within the department
Develop and maintain policies and Procedures, manage daily workflow, train and supervise staff.
Generate reports for daily and monthly distribution to management from internal system or excel/ MS Access regarding requests and cost and trend analysis.
