Lifespace Communities would like to introduce the opportunity to become a Marketing Manager at the Addison office, located in Addison, Texas.
The Community Marketing Manager provides a broad range of marketing services and support to help achieve organizational goals. Assists the Director of Community Marketing in the strategic development and management of marketing programs for the portfolio of Lifespace community brands. This includes creative, brand and targeting strategies, and marketing support to the sales organization.

• Manage the promotion and direction of marketing programs for the Lifespace portfolio, supporting specific objectives across different channels and segments. • Analyze and interpret data to improve lead acquisition and reduce sales gestation. • Identify and evaluate marketing strategies, based on knowledge of organizational objectives, market characteristics, cost and ROI. • Manage day to day affairs with agencies and vendors, setting fair and appropriate expectations. • Consult with the portfolio of communities on a regular basis to achieve buy-in and maintain real-time knowledge of market challenges, while working together to achieve business goals. • Working in partnership with the director of community marketing, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing and advertising, including print, digital, and video assets. • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts including print, direct response, relationship/referral and experiential, and optimize accordingly. • Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing campaign development, such as budgets, expenditures and return-on-investment. • Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors. • Develop RFPs for marketing-related efforts and evaluate proposals submitted. • Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures. • Obtain knowledge and demonstrate the principles of Living Lifespace , person directed care and successful aging philosophies and their inherent core values of commitment, respect, compassion, dedication, team work and quality. Team member will support, actively participate and act in accordance with the principles of the Living Lifespace service culture and be familiar with and fluent in the language and service pillars of Living Lifespace. • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.

And here’s what you need to apply:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or a related field. • Minimum of five years of experience, preferred. • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results. • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. • Solid project management, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills. • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking. • Ability to travel as necessary. • Substantial writing, proofing and editing skills. • Deep experience working with creative agencies. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools • Firm grasp of social media platforms and creative design tools. • The ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple platforms/channels. • A creative mind, a keen eye for aesthetics, and vigorous attention to detail. • Must be self-motivated and work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Must be able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate in person and over the phone. • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.
